- Ability to provide real-time managerial assistance to the maintenance department while enforcing and enhancing existing company procedures
- Knowledge of pool maintenance preferred but not required
- Computer competency working with Gmail, Microsoft Excel, and Word
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work with a team
- Monitoring of all maintenance jobs for that day
- Valid drivers license
- Good oral and written communication skills- Excellent customer service
- Smart phone savvy preferred
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
- Is aware of safety hazards and applicable safety precautions required in the use of assigned tools and chemicals
- Assistance in proper maintenance of company equipment and material
