I used them to close my pool last September. The crew who closed it dis not remove the plugs for the heater. When I opened my pool in May, a pipe burst in the heater. I called pools and spa to let them know ow what happened. The next day they sent someone out to take a look. 1 week later, they installed a new (expensive) heater free of charge. This is a company who truly stands behind their work. When the time comes to redo my pool the ONLY company I will be calling is pools and spa Nj.
