The pearlescent effect makes the pool look absolutely beautiful. The technicians from Pools & Spas were absolute professionals and did a fantastic job. The liner does require an adjustment which they agreed to do next summer when the liner is warm and will stretch more easily. They did a fantastic job cleaning the steps and they tested the bottom drain. This is the second liner that Pools & Spas has installed for us. I have been using Pools & Spas Services for my pool maintenance for several years but this year I used them to resurface my pool, redo the tile, and redo the coping. Not only did they do an amazing job that was 100% on schedule and budget, but they also went completely above and beyond. At the same time, I was also renovating my front/back yard and they sourced the same marble from the pool coping for my steps, they coordinated with my other contractors, responded to every email and phone call immediately, and were just overall pleasant to work with. This is the second cover we purchased and had installed by them and both experiences were exceptional. The office staff is very responsive to emails and phone calls. From the first time I called , Pools and Spas have exceeded my expectations. I finally bit the bullet and admitted I needed a new pool liner. The knowledgeable office staff walked me through their process and scheduled an appointment to come out and measure. Brian was very detailed in explaining the process and we placed our order. They showed up as promised each and every time and replaced our liner. Start to finish it took about it took about 2 weeks. We got a quality Loop Loc brand liner and a price that crushed the competition. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great experience. Pools & Spas is staffed with subject matter experts- starting with the sales team and ending with the installation team. Their goal is to delight the customer and they do. After we chose a liner pattern, the Pools & Spas installation team coordinates a visit to measure the pool (to ensure an exact fit) and order the liner. Within a few weeks the installation is scheduled. Liner and pool light both replaced as contracted. Great job. No wrinkles in new liner. Grandchildren love the new, high tech LED light. They say it makes the water ‘dance’. The job foreman builds trust and quickly becomes the face of the company. I can not give enough praise to Pools and Spas Service. They were exceptionally professional, on time, thorough, friendly and competent. They came to replace my heater and gave me an accurate estimate, showed up when scheduled and performed the work diligently making sure they left the system looking and operating flawlessly. The tech, Billy took great pride in his work and even made sure the new heater integrated into the existing control system, which was not expected.
